Our Mission
All Souls Anglican Church is a Christian community grounded in God’s love made manifest in scripture, sacrament, and the riches of the Anglican tradition. We follow the way of Jesus as we worship and pray, celebrate and mourn, inquire and learn, nurture our children, and care for each other. We carry the good news of Christ’s resurrection as we extend ourselves in love to a world longing for the deep peace of God. We don’t always get everything right, and we don’t all agree about everything, but we walk together in love on the journey of faith, as Christ has loved us.
Rich heritage
As our name says, we are Anglicans — part of the Anglican Communion, in the province of the Anglican Church in North America. We belong to the Diocese of Pittsburgh, which is led by our interim bishop, the Right Reverend Martyn Minns.
Orthodox faith
As Christians, we take an orthodox view of God, His Word, and the Gospel of His son Jesus. We believe we are called to engage with the world in loving service and in the work of proclaiming the Good News we have come to know.
Grace-filled
While we are serious about how we celebrate our liturgical worship and traditional music, you may come as you are, and from wherever you are in life. All Souls is truly a grace-filled place where you can feel comfortable, befriended, loved, and not judged for who you are or where you are in your journey.
